My art is as varied as my inspirations....

Acrylic Painting
On the River
by Jennifer Winship Mark

This is a large piece I did in a matter of a few days. I am still fine tuning the lower left side.
It was really spontaneous and fun to paint.

Acrylic
"Flow"

I had so much fun painting this puzzle. It has been painted on the lid of a birch paint box. I was trying to get depth and 3 dimensions
while still remaining abstract.

This is an experiment I did in Sean Cain's class on Flemish Oil Techniques.
It is inspired by the painter,
Lucas Cranach from the 1500's

If you look up John Currin's work you will see Cranach
has inspired him as well.

John Currin has such a great way of capturing personality in his figures.
